Two fees can apply to a card payment: GlossNow's platform fee and Stripe's processing fee. Cash and cards taken on your own EFTPOS carry neither.

Saved card on file
Charge the card your client registered at booking.
No-show and cancellation fees
Charged to the card on file as a percentage of the service total. You set the percentages and the cancellation cut-off in your settings.
Stripe rates shown are for Australian domestic cards, billed by Stripe and deducted from your payouts. International cards: 3.5% + A$0.30.
When you refund a payment, the GlossNow fee is refunded with it. Stripe's processing fee is not refunded.
