These ladies are incredibly talented and truly skilled at what they do. I had the pleasure of getting a haircut with Joy after making a last-minute decision to treat myself before flying back to the Gold Coast and boy, I’m so glad I did! Joy listened carefully to what I wanted and followed my instructions perfectly. The haircut turned out exactly as I had hoped. Lara also performed the Shiseido scalp treatment and she was wonderful. She made the experience incredibly relaxing and took the time to explain the products she was applying. I really appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail and friendly service. Thank you, Joy and Lara, for such a great experience. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Melbourne.
